About Us

The Missouri Farm to Institution project began in 2010 as a project of the Missouri Council for Activity and Nutrition (MOCAN) and is housed out of the University of Missouri Extension. Funded by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services through a grant from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, the project is led by Mo FTI/FTS staff and the FTI/FTS Advisory Team.
